Motorcycle rally concludes in Mangshan National Forest Park

A motorcycle rally came to an end at Mangshan National Forest Park of Yizhang County, Chenzhou City on March 22. The event attracted hundreds of qualified motorcycle enthusiasts from across the country.

Amidst the roaring sound of engines, riders on various types of motorcycles proceeded in order along the winding mountain roads. Passing through the green mountains and clear waters, they savored the beauty of spring scenery, as if cycling through an exquisite ink and wash painting. Clad in professional riding gear, the riders gripped the handlebars with precise control, embodying their demeanor through professionalism.

“There are bends and foggy areas. It felt like riding in the clouds--thrilling and exhilarating. It’s an ideal track for motorcycling,” said Li Kele, a participant from Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, who shared his riding experience after the race.

This event is jointly hosted by Yangshan, Guangdong province and Yizhang, Hunan province. The 62-kilometers-long track spans both provinces. It features a diverse range of challenging terrains, including extreme hairpin turns, misty mountain stretches, and water-crossing sections.

The race starts from the No.1 Peak Tourist Scenic Area in Guangdong province,  traversing the 1,902-meter-high peak on the border of Guangdong and Hunan, before ending at the Mangshan National Forest Park.

The event innovatively adopts a competition format that emphasizes precision over speed, with three checkpoints set along the route, connecting the two 4A-level scenic spots, the No.1 Peak Tourist Scenic Area and the Mangshan National Forest Park. It offers a highly entertaining and professional platform for motorcycle enthusiasts to exchange ideas and showcase their skills.
