Xiangnan Preschool Education College and Xuri Lantian Chenzhou Low-altitude Technology Company jointly launched a campus open day activity on January 17.
More than 200 students from Haina Secondary Vocational School and over 400 students from Guiyang Secondary Vocational School walked into the campus together. They had an immersive experience on the campus of Xiangnan Preschool Education College, learning about the college's newly opened low altitude logistics technology and operation major.

This event specially set up eight distinctive experience zones, including static display of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), assembly and adjustment display, flight experience, simulation flight, inspection display, logistics display, hoisting display, and drone football, allowing visitors to fully experience the technological charm and industrial prospects of the low-altitude economy. In the eight distinctive experience zones, teachers and students not only had direct contact with cutting-edge technologies but also gained a deeper understanding of the practical value of low-altitude economy in various fields.
The UAV static display showcased multi rotor, fixed wing and other aircraft models, which can be used for agricultural crop protection, emergency surveying, film an television aerial photography and other scenes, allowing students to quickly understand the functional positioning of different UAVs. At the UAV Installation and Maintenance Display Area, by disassembling the model, the core components such as the flight control system, power module, and sensors were presented, allowing everyone to understand “why can drones fly and how can they fly steadily”, laying a foundation for subsequent learning of installation and maintenance.

At the UAV Flight Experience Area, students manually operated a multi-rotor drone to complete takeoff, hovering, turning and other actions, and experienced the key role of precise control in logistics distribution and emergency rescue through practical operation.
At the simulated flight experience area, students understood the application of this technology in sports competitions, film and television shooting.
Through the all-in-one machine, students intuitively experienced how drones could replace manual labor to complete high-risk and remote area operations, greatly improving efficiency at the UAV inspection display area.

The UAV logistics exhibition area demonstrated precise delivery through UAVs, allowing students to see how low-altitude logistics solves the “last mile” delivery problem in mountainous areas, islands and other areas.
At the UAV lifting display area, cross-regional transportation was completed on the site to deliver Chenzhou Bingtang Oranges, demonstrating the practical value of this technology in agricultural product transportation and emergency supplies delivery.
At UAV Football Exhibition Area, two teams of black and white UAVs engaged in an aerial “football match”. This fun competition demonstrated the precise control capabilities of the drones, and also showed innovative applications of this technology in science popularization and events.
Xiangnan Preschool Education College has deep cooperation with Xuri Lantian Chenzhou Low-altitude Technology Company, and will continue to deepen the integration of industry and education in the future.
The low-altitude logistics technology and operation major is an important direction for cooperation between the two parties. With the core of “industry education integration”, this major deeply combines theoretical teaching with industrial practical training, aiming to cultivate practical talents who master skills such as UAV flight control and logistics scheduling, and reserve core strength for the development of low-altitude economy industry in Chenzhou.

This open day not only enabled the teachers and students of the two vocational schools to experience the vitality of Xiangnan Preschool Education College, but also made them look forward to the broad prospects of the low-altitude economy.
In the future, Xiangnan Preschool Education College and Xuri Lantian Chenzhou Low-altitude Technology Company will continue to deepen the cooperation with enterprises, stimulate new momentum for vocational education, and building a ladder of dreams towards the blue sky for more students.
