A special recruitment fair as part of the 2026 Chenzhou Employment Assistance Month was held on the first floor of the city urban investment building of Chenzhou City.

This fair built an efficient communication bridge between job seekers and employers. It drew in 28 companies and 40 job seekers, and 23 people reached employment intentions.
As an important measure to implement the employment priority policy, this job fair targeted two types of core service recipients.
On the one hand, it focused on individuals facing employment difficulties, especially those who are older, disabled, or long unemployed. It also covered members of zero-employment families, registered unemployed youth, and various groups of people with job seeking needs. It’s committed to providing equal employment opportunities and platforms for every job seeker.

On the other hand, it extensively invited key enterprises in provinces and cities, main enterprises on the modern industrial system industry chain in Chenzhou City, and employers with recruitment needs in various industries to participate.
The jobs offered covered multiple fields such as manufacturing, service, construction, and information technology, with technical and management positions that require skills, as well as basic and service positions that are suitable for ordinary job seekers.
Next, relevant departments in Chenzhou City will continue to focus on the employment needs of the people, carry out various employment service activities on a regular basis, continuously expand employment channels, optimize service processes, so as to provide solid employment support for the high-quality development of Chenzhou's economy and society.
