77.779 tons of crude coopers worth 622,232 US dollars that departed from Sihanoukville Port in Cambodia arrived at the Chenzhou Land Port Customs Supervision Zone through the Hunan-Guangdong-Africa freight platform on June 27.
This is the first route linking Cambodia and Chenzhou using a through bill of lading launched by Chenzhou Land Port, marking the further expansion of its international logistics network and providing a more efficient supply chain solution for local nonferrous metal enterprises.

This batch of goods under the multimodal transport mode departed from Sihanoukville Port in Cambodia, transited through Nansha Port in Guangzhou, and arrived directly at Chenzhou Land Port by railway.
The enterprise can complete customs clearance in the local area with an electronic through bill of lading with property rights certificate.
Compared with the traditional port clearance mode, this mode compresses the clearance time to one working day, reduces the comprehensive logistics cost by about 15%, and saves about 2,000 yuan per TEU in the entire logistics cost, effectively addressing such problems as cumbersome transit and high cost of non-ferrous metal raw materials.
The goods arrived at the customs supervision area at 11:00 a.m. on the same day and passed clearance at 3:00 p.m., with the time further compressed to half a working day, setting a new record for the import clearance of mineral products.
This batch of goods will be directly transported to the Chenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone in the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Chenzhou Area. This is an important attempt in the “zone-port linkage” model between Chenzhou Land Port and China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Chenzhou Area.
As the “hometown of nonferrous metals”, Chenzhou accounts for more than half of the province's annual purchases of mineral products. Chenzhou Land Port, which closely focuses on industrial demand, has collaborated with Chenzhou Customs to implement measures to facilitate the import of mineral products, and has successfully obtained the International Port Code (CNCNZ).
At present, six routes from Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Myanmar, and Cambodia to Chenzhou through full bill of lading have been opened, forming a logistics network covering Africa and Southeast Asia.
Zhang Yubing, general manager of Chenzhou International Land Port Development Co., Ltd., said that this route further validates the advantages of the through bill of lading model in improving supply chain efficiency.
Since 2025, Chenzhou Land Port has continued to deepen its cooperation with COSCO Shipping, jointly promoting the development of the “Beira-Chenzhou” new route.
This route serves the fluorite mining business imported from Congo, with an average monthly transportation volume of approximately 2,000 tons. The company is currently customizing the optimal transportation plan for enterprises, which can start trial operation after on-site inspection and confirmation of storage conditions in Africa.
With the continuous expansion of multimodal transport channels, Chenzhou Land Port will provide more convenient and low-cost international logistics services for enterprises in Hunan and even the central region.
