Chenzhou takes multiple measures to facilitate passengers’ travel

With the arrival of the summer vacation of 2025, the railways and airlines in Chenzhou City have ushered in a peak travel season. To ensure smooth travel for passengers, major transportation hubs have taken measures such as increasing the number of trains or flights and optimizing services.

The number of passengers traveling to cities such as Guangzhou, Changsha, Shaoguan, Hengyang, Dongguan, and Shenzhen has significantly increased recently.

In response, Chenzhou Railway Station has specially added 5 trains to these cities.

In addition, there will be an additional K9162 train from Chenzhou to Changsha on weekends (departing at 15:55).

At Beihu Airport, the Chenzhou-Beijing flight route has become the most popular, with the passenger occupancy rate reaching 87.84% when flying to Beijing and 94.61% when back to Chenzhou.

To improve service quality, both Chenzhou Railway Station and Beihu Airport have launched multiple thoughtful service measures. Chenzhou Railway Station has increased its efforts to serve key passengers such as the elderly, young, sick, disabled, and pregnant, to ensure that they can travel smoothly.

Beihu Airport not only serves passengers who are elderly, weak, sick, disabled or pregnant, but also provides special one-stop services for special passengers, including priority procedures, security checks and boarding services.

For unaccompanied children, staff will invite parents to join a dedicated WeChat group, give their children's updates in real-time and take photos to reassure them.
