They have not only established a special team to explore financial innovation models for the transformation of the nonferrous industry, but also promoted the use of “pilot testing insurance and credit” in the park, laying a solid financial guarantee for enterprises’ technological innovation and overseas development.

At the same time, it has fully supported the innovative supervision mode of the comprehensive bonded zone, and measures such as “bonded logistics and bonded e-commerce” has been implemented, directly driving the processing and trade of the park to achieve a high-speed growth of 163%, and opening up logistics and trade convenience channels for grain and oil machinery to go global.

In the field of cooperation with Africa, the park has also deeply integrated institutional innovation with industrial layout, making China-Africa economic and trade cooperation a key focus of open development.

It has promoted the unveiling and operation of the industrial park for in-depth China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, supported the establishment of the Huanfei Silk Road Company, built an African supply chain procurement platform, and opened up the full chain channel for Chenzhou-made machines to enter Africa.

From January to October this year, Chenzhou's import and export volume to Africa reached 4.211 billion yuan, achieving 103% of the annual target ahead of schedule.
