Rows of large mechanical equipment were under testing in the production workshop of Hunan Times Zhongtian Technology Co., Ltd. on September 1. They are about to be delivered to the Southeast Asian market.

Hunan Times Zhongtian Technology is an intelligent equipment enterprise specializing in the production of injection molding machines and robotic arms. It officially settled in Longxing Industrial Park in February this year.

The company is a complete machine assembly enterprise relocated from Dongguan as a whole, and is also one of the five supporting leading enterprises for the chain owner enterprise Zhongtian Plastics Machinery Group.

It is committed to leveraging its local casting advantages to help build Jiahe into the third largest injection molding machine manufacturing industry cluster in China after Ningbo and Foshan. It also marks a key step in Jiahe's construction of a “highland for injection molding equipment industry agglomeration”.

To enable enterprises to quickly settle in and start production, Jiahe County provides considerate services, including reaching out to relevant units, optimizing the preliminary process, opening up green channels and compressing approval time.

Cao Youwu, manager of the company, said, “Jiahe has both the industrial support of the Yangtze River Delta and the cost advantage of the central region, which is more conducive to expanding our business to the central region.”

In recent years, the county government has vigorously implemented the strategy of strengthening the county through industries, developed characteristic industrial chains, and focused on core industrial chains such as CNC machine tools and injection molding machines, cultivating and introducing key enterprises that extend and supplement the supply chain, achieving the integration of the industrial chain, innovation chain, and supply chain, and gradually building a complete modern industrial system.

In the first half of this year, Jiahe County signed 16 projects with each worth over 200 million yuan, and a total contract amount of 7.128 billion yuan. 11 companies have been included in the list of provincial “little giant” small and medium-sized enterprises, with the number setting a new historical high.
