Chenzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base of Shenzhen MIWUAN Technology Co., Ltd was officially put into operation in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone on May 8, injecting strong momentum into the digital and intelligent development of the city’s water industry.

At the production workshop, assembly workers are busy with work. It’s the first AI intelligent copying machine production line in Central China. One intelligent terminal equipped with self-developed chips can roll off the line every 30 seconds on average.
By integrating core technologies such as AI image recognition, low-power technology, and wide area communication, it created the third generation of intelligent collection methods in the industry, effectively promoting the digital transformation of the water industry.
At present, the first phase of the project adopts the Industry 4.0 flexible manufacturing system, with an annual production capacity of up to 2 million sets and an output value of over 200 million yuan, which will create 100 job positions for high-skilled talents.
“The support of the Chenzhou government, favorable business environment, and location advantages are in line with the development strategy of the enterprise. We plan to build production and manufacturing service centers in central and southern China,” said Li Yong, CEO of Shenzhen MIWUAN Technology Co., Ltd.
As a benchmark project in intelligent manufacturing that integrates R&D, production, and services, the base focuses on the production of third-generation AI camera intelligent equipment.
With 23 patents, it has built the “Urban Water Pulse Diagnosis and Treatment System”, which has improved the accuracy of traditional water meter leakage positioning from 85% to 97%.
Through the hardware and data, it is committed to building a smart water industry cluster.
In the future, the base, which will fully leverage the location advantage of Chenzhou as the “southern gateway” of Hunan province, will cover the water markets of 45 cities in 7 provinces in central and southern China, and promote the coordinated development of regional economy and smart water management.
“We will serve the local market well, radiate throughout the Hunan market, and attract external resources to form an industrial cluster. We will also make further investments in the second and third phases,” said Li Yong.
