Yizhang Jixing Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. In the past five years, it has provided job opportunities for 240 disabled people and offered flexible employment for 320 disabled people. 

 

It currently has 159 employees, including 82 disabled employees, accounting for 52% of its total workforce. The company is committed to creating a good atmosphere of understanding, respect, and care for people with disabilities. It has invested more than 4 million yuan to build dormitories and canteens specifically for disabled employees. It also provides free daily necessities and offers warm services for disabled employees. 

 

It has won a number of provincial-level honors for what they’ve done for the disabled.
