We have solved the employment problems of left-behind women and vulnerable villagers nearby, with a per capita monthly income of about 3,000 yuan.

 

 

At the Renbang Electronics factory in Shuikou Village, Zhang Zhilin, the technical advisor of the company, was busy doing product drawings with CAD. He grew up in the village and has a deep affection for his hometown. When he heard that an employment assistance workshop was built in his hometown by chance, he felt happy for the development and changes in his hometown and he also had a strong desire to go back to his hometown. So he gave up the opportunity to develop in a big city.

 

Finally, with solid professional knowledge and unremitting efforts, he became the technical advisor of the company, achieving a new leap in his personal career development and contributing to the revitalization of rural industries.

 

 

“I didn’t have time to take care of my parents before due to my work. But now I am able to do it while working at my doorstep with a monthly salary of 8,000 yuan,” said Zhang Zhilin.

 

In recent years, Pailou Township has innovated employment assistance models based on its own reality. Through government guidance, enterprise participation, and social collaboration, various “micro factories” such as electronic component factories, clothing factories, and food processing factories have been established in villages. These factories provide employment opportunities for villagers at their doorsteps and allow them to be able to care for their families and increase their income.
