Photos taken on May 29 show blacksmiths forging kitchen knives at the workshop of a knife and shear manufacturing company in Tangcun Town of Jiahe County. The county held the Jiahe Kitchen Knife Forging Skills Championship on the day, 30 contestants demonstrated their superb forging skills through multiple processes. This event aimed to promote and inherit the excellent traditional culture.
