Photos taken on May 9 show villagers and tourists picking gardenias in Ruiqing village of Guangfa town, Jiahe county. In early summer, over 300 mu (20 hectares) of gardenias in the local agricultural park are in full bloom. Villagers are now busy picking them for sales, which will help increase their income.
