In the first four months of this year, the county had 30 new authorized patents.In the production workshop of Hunan Longteng New Energy Company, the latest patented technology of cylindrical battery storage tray bracket is helping the company improve quality and efficiency. 

 

This technology improves space utilization by optimizing the battery storage structure, while achieving automated retrieval and placement, significantly reducing labor costs. 

 

“The winding and shell insertion processes that used to rely on manual operation have now achieved full process automation,” said Yan Chao, executive director of Longteng New Energy. 

 

 

Through independent R&D and industry-university-research cooperation, the company’s production efficiency has increased by 40% to 50%, and the product qualification rate has increased by 20%.

 

As a key high-tech enterprise introduced by Linwu County, the company achieved trial production in just 8 months after settling in. Currently, it has more than 10 invention patents and has become an innovative benchmark in the local new energy industry.

 

From January to April this year, Linwu County added 30 newly authorized patents. To further stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises and create a good innovation ecological environment, the county government has continued to increase its financial expenditure on science and technology. 

 

From January to April, the financial expenditure on science and technology reached 78.05 million yuan. 

 

Key support will be given to research and development, achievement transformation, and talent introduction for enterprises.

 

At the same time, by building a platform for industry-university-research cooperation, it can promote collaborative research between enterprises, universities, and research institutes, and accelerate the industrial application of technologies. 

 

Next, the county will further optimize the innovation ecology, cultivate more specialized and innovative enterprises, and inject stronger momentum into the high-quality development of the county’s economy.
